Inturotel Cala Esmeralda Beach Hotel & Spa - Adults Only

친절하고 귀여운 직원들과 너무나도 아름다운 호텔과 뭐하나 빠지는것 없이 완벽했습니다! 정말 그 어떤 호텔보다 온전하게 잘 쉬다왔어요 그리고 가능하다면 무조건 씨 뷰룸 을 추천합니다!!최고였어요!

超值的酒店，包含早餐和晚餐，都是自助，很好吃！房間內很乾凈，選了面朝大海的房間，每天都在海上日出的美景中醒來，一天心情都很好。酒店有自己的四個游泳池，其中一個就在海岸巖石邊上，下海游泳和上岸休息都特別方便。晚上酒店還有酒吧駐唱，氛圍很好。而且這家酒店衹有16歲以上才可以住，所以所有休閑區都很安靜，沒有小孩吵鬧。加上我們十月末去的，已經是旅遊季接近尾聲了，所以人不多，去哪兒都不擁擠。

Stayed here for 10 days half board first floor room sea views. Staff excellent. Food at buffet was lovely for breakfast and dinner. The desserts were so good. All very clean. Pools lovely and evening entertainment was ok although a bit mixed. Bar prices very reasonable. Very quiet and relaxed hotel where people just chilled out. The beach pool was very crowded and had to queue so didn’t bother after first visit just used main pool. All in all highly recommended and would go back.

Superb hotel which delivers in spades on experience. The staff are a credit to the hotel always pleasant, available and helpful. The interior is beautifully maintained, cleaned and is just the laid back Majorcan style we love. Yes, you have to queue for 30 mins to gain access and get you bed overlooking Cala Esmeralda for the day … fairest way and nobody has yet been disappointed. Never mind the naysayers, we’re booked again for June 25!

Tranquil & relaxing at this beautiful hotel is a must its clean bright & friendly the rooms are large with a private balcony the food choice is plenty & freshly cooked. Large selection of fine wines too. My only criticism is the entertainment it’s very hit & miss but guests seemed happy to sit & play cards. The hotel is situated by a beautiful bay with a lovely beach bar which belongs to the hotel so you can buy drinks/food & have it billed to your room. The centre is a 13 minute walk to shops bars & restaurants. The Marina is a further 10 minutes walk.The train stops by the bay which goes to the Marina & further.

The hotel itself is lovely, staff all very pleasant. The bed and pillows very comfortable. What spoiled the whole experience was that there are simply not enough sunbeds for all the guests. People were putting their towels down before breakfast (standard) and the hotel did their best to stop this by not opening the pools till 10, and having staff at the pools to stop people. However, then people just queued up till pools were open. Also people would leave the sunbeds empty with towels on for hours at a time - there was a lifeguard and the hotel said he would remove towels from beds left empty, but this never happened. Consequently people were left with nowhere to sit. Also the tables at the pool were never cleaned. Such a shame, as it’s a beautiful area, but this really detracts from the enjoyment of the holiday.

Review Visited July 24 with my mum for a good R&R. We had a comfortable 4 nights here, beautiful setting the area is outstanding hotel grounds gorgeous. Pros stunning views Hotel lovely & modern Swimming pool areas lovely Spa Service/staff very friendly Cons Sunbeds & pool areas only open at 10am this really put a downer on the holiday (really needs to be addressed) queuing starts from 9-10am for a sunbed (not a relaxing holiday having to do this) Food in my opinion was very poor/almost average (Tuesday evening vegetarian options only no meat) very basic, not a lot of variety & looked a lot better than it tasted. Evening entertainment could be much better It’s a shame but the food & sunbed situation ruined our time here so won’t return again or recommend

Pros: - hotel location and rooms with sea view - rooms are nice - hotel with new infrastructure inclusing spa and fitness - breakfast buffet - yoga class in the morning at the beach (but bring your mat or take a towel) Cons: - my husband got a food poisonning during our stay eating at Sa Cala for lunch - no curtains in the room and therefore sun light from 6.30 am - twin beds and no king/queen bed - not enough sunbeds while we stayed during the first week of July - people had to wait in line between 9 and 10 am to get a sunbed at the pools or at the beach upon opening - late opening of the pools at 10 am only - evening buffet is average and poor in terms of options and closes early at 9.30 pm - not enough tables to eat outside at the beach club or at the hotel buffet restaurant - you have to eat inside or to wait

This hotel is an oasis of peace and tranquility. We have stayed in a lot of 4 star hotels in Spain but in terms of food, staff and the hotel itself - this tops the lot. We can see why it is a 4 star plus. Hotel - somehow, they operate the hotel so smoothly that you never sense anything to interfere with having a truly relaxing break. There are always plenty of very helpful staff on hand to cater to your every need. Food - the restaurant staff went out of their way to help with a combination of gluten and meat free options. I have never been so well looked after in terms of food choices and they were only to happy to prepare e.g gluten free pasta if I wanted it. Most of the time there was always something I could eat from the amazing buffet. And staff talked me through the options. There are 4 types of honey on offer for breakfast including fresh from the comb! HUGE THANKS to all the amazing staff. Rooms - we had a premium room with sea view looking over the beautiful cove. A lovely room and housekeeping do a great job. My only minor negative comment is proximity of mirror to electrical socket for e.g. drying hair. There were no sockets close to a mirror low enough to look in. Suggestion - maybe move the circular central mirror lower or (for aesthetics too) put a few more mirrors of different sizes on that wall at different heights? The balconies have a small sofa and table and plenty of morning sun on the sea side. Presumably plenty of afternoon sun on the other side of the hotel. Location - the hotel is situated in the quieter part of town. It is about a 10-15 min walk to reach the shopping area and about 20-25 to get to the marina. Cala D'Or as a resort is expansive and very family friendly. The quietest times to be on the beach next to the hotel are early morning or evening. The beach is shared with the next door Inturotel hotel. Entertainment - in line with the relaxing nature of the hotel it isn't on every night and the is quality, low key, and musical e.g a fab acoustic funk jazz guitarist/singer. The hotel's beach bar and pool are a lovely place to hang out looking at the cove. We understand that the hotel was fully booked but it never felt too busy and it always felt like there were enough staff to cater for the number of guests. It was great to have such a mix of international guests. There are lots of nooks and crannies to hang out in (shade or sun). We would definitely stay there again.
